As Holi, the festival of colors is at our door step, I invite you to celebrate the same at our centre "Yogakshema" at 05:00 pm on Sunday, the March 17th, 2013. The celebrations will be with flower petals and lovely homemade snacks related to the season and the festival. I request you to bring veg. snacks for 20 people as we are doing potluck. They should be purely vegetarian (no eggs, no meat).
Please feel free to bring your friends and family members.

Guided Practice Session
Dear students,
To facilitate your daily practice, Yogakshema is starting Guided Practice sessions on every Saturday morning. The session will be supervised a Teacher who will assist and guide you in your practice. The details are :
Timing : 09.00-11.30 am. You may came at any time and start your practice but the session will end at 11.30am.
Fees : Rs 2000/- for a 10 session pass (at the rate of Rs 200/- per session) to be paid in advance and to be utilized over 20 weeks. Otherwise, the fees is Rs 300/- per session.
Eligibility : All students of New Introductory/Level 1/Level 2/ Level 3.
Date : These sessions will commence from Saturday Feb 23rd, 2013.
This is a good oppurtunity for you to get a better understanding of the subject and develop a correct home practice. You may contact your teacher for any clarification or details.
